Depending on the application, there are four different standard versions available:
Rectangular Wire Fastener M50 Series
Pitch 1.7 mm
Barred Fasteners
Fastener with an extra flat wire (0.65 x 0.5 mm).
This is a preferred version when an extremely flat surface is required
(e. g. a very good embedding in the belt and very low noise emission for sliding belt
surface is required).

Rectangular Wire Fastener Series M60
Pitch 2.54 mm
Barred Fasteners
Fastener with a rectangular wire 0.9 x 0.7 mm.
Due to the bigger wire profile compared to the M50, the M60 fasteners provide
higher tensile strength and higher wear resistance. The rectangular wire profile
results in a very flat fill and, therefore, in a low noise level.
Special Ultra Low Profile Fastener Series M60L
Pitch 2.54 mm
Barred Fasterners
just as Series M60, but with an extremely flat wire (0.9 x 0.5 mm).
This Fastener is used if the wire of the M60 version fills too heavily.
